Deploying Pres Global in Cinema City Europe
BACKGROUND
Cinema City International (CCI), operating in seven countries, previously relied on outdated software that required extensive resources and struggled to meet industry needs.
THE PROCESS
Key personnel from CCI visited Pres Global initially, establishing a close collaboration to identify gaps and implement business requirements. Poland, with over 36 sites, was chosen as the first deployment territory due to its complexity:
Multiple venue types: IMAX, ScreenX, 4DX, and VIP.
Sophisticated loyalty and membership programs.
Diverse clubs and audience-specific benefits.
Regulatory requirements, including fiscal printers.
The rollout was a success, with the system seamlessly handling the high-demand launch weekend of Barbie and Oppenheimer with remarkable performance.During the first month, Pres Global provided daily support, earning overwhelmingly positive feedback from cinema teams, who described it as a “breath of fresh air” in the industry.
Following Poland’s success, CCI accelerated the rollout nationwide. The rollout plan, led by CCI’s IT team, achieved impressive efficiency:
Two cinemas per week initially, increasing to four.
Full deployment across all 36 sites by July 2024.
CCI’s streamlined process minimized training needs, enabling some sites to launch without on-site IT presence.
LOOKING FORWARD
Buoyed by the success in Poland, CCI is now set to expand Pres Global’s solution to Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, and Israel in 2025. Upon completion, the system will serve over 120 locations across seven countries.Pres Global remains committed to its partnership approach, ensuring mutual success as CCI continues to enhance its operations.

Deploying a Cloud-based Ticketing System in the Country’s Busiest Cinemas
BACKGROUND
NLC Cinemas operates 12 premium sites, including multiplexes with around 30 auditoriums. Their facilities feature advanced offerings such as CINEMAX screens, D-BOX seating, and VIP experiences. while occupying the top two position in the top cinemas in the country in term of attendance the company faced persistent challenges with their previous ticketing system, Titan, which relied on outdated, on-premise infrastructure.
THE PROCESS
In 2021, NLC faced operational failures during blockbuster presales (Spider-Man and others), prompting a swift migration to Pres Global’s platform. To ensure continuity, a gradual rollout was planned, overcoming challenges like dual-system operations and API integrations. The voucher engine allowed seamless compatibility with both legacy and new systems.
The first deployment took place in Ashdod, a newly constructed site featuring advanced auditorium types, including VIP. Daily support during the first month ensured a smooth transition, with user feedback overwhelmingly positive.  Following this success, smaller cinemas were migrated at a steady pace of two per week, culminating in the deployment of NLC’s largest megaplex, Glilot, a 30-auditorium site.
The rollout was so successful that NLC’s CEO, Avi Edery, requested to expedite the launch of Rishon Le Zion, the country’s largest cinema, to the following day. Pres Global met the challenge, completing the rollout seamlessly and retiring the legacy system across all locations.
